Starflower Oil is extracted from the seeds of the Borage plant and contains the richest source of Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA), even more potent than Evening Primrose Oil. GLA is a fatty acid that the body converts to a hormone-like substance called prostaglandin. This helps maintain the body’s metabolism, to keep it functioning effectively and efficiently. It is an ideal supplement for healthy skin and flexible joints. This is our higher strength Star Flower Oil capsule.

Ingredients: Starflower oil (Borage Oil), Capsule shell (Gelatin, Glycerin and Aqua), Vitamin E (d-Alpha Tocopherol).

Nutritional: Each capsule contains ( average ) RDA % Borage oil 500.0 mg * ( which contain 23.0 % of Gama linolenic acid ), Vitamin E ( 10 iu ) 10.0 mg 100 RDA - EC Recommended Daily Allowance. * - EC RDA not yet established

Directions: Adults and children over 12 years of age, one capsule daily. Adults can increase up to six capsules a day, or as advised by a suitably qualified person. Capsules can be pierced and the contents taken or rubbed into the skin.
