Vitamin D helps control Calcium and Phosphate levels in the body thereby building and maintaining strong bones and healthy teeth in growing children and adults.

Ingredients: Soybean oil, Capsule shell ( Gelatin, Glycerol, Purified Water ), Halibut liver oil ( Vitamin A ), Vitamin D ( Cholecalciferol ).

Nutritional: Each capsule contains ( average ): Halibut liver oil 10.0 mg which provides :Vitamin A ( 5000 iu ) 1.5 mg, Vitamin D ( 400iu ) 10.0 ug Free from gluten, yeast, artificial colouring, flavouring and preservatives.

Directions: Adults and children over 12 years of age, one capsule daily with fluids as valuable food supplement. Can be increased to two if advised by a qualified person.

Health Warnings: This product contains Vitamin A, if pregnant or likely to become pregnant, consult a doctor or antenatal clinic. Do not exceed stated amount.
