Nutritional: Each tablet contains ( average ) % RDA Vitamin C 90.0 mg 150 Zinc 15.0 mg 100 Also contains, Marine Fish Extract 50.0 mg * Silica 50.0 mg * RDA - EC recommended daily allowance * - EC RDA not yet established. Free from artificial colouring, flavouring and preservatives.

Directions: One tablet daily ( preferably mornings ) with half a glass of water. To appreciate the product’s potential take for at least 3 months. Store in a cool dry place, out of sight and reach of children.
