Multipower Xplode Chocolate

Multipower X-Plode is a new, revolutionary product for muscle building and consists to 48% of Vitargo (= ultra high molecular barley starch) and to 48% of pure whey protein isolate. Scientifically proven, vitargo passes the gastro-intestinal passage 130% quicker than, for example, sugar and maltodextrin.
Due to the high insulin release caused by vitargo, a greater amount of carbohydrates reaches the muscles in a shorter period of time. As a result the breakdown process (catabolic phase) is shortened and the building phase after an intense muscle workout starts sooner.
X-Plode von Multipower is a dietary protein-carbohydrate mixture with vitamins, magnesium and calcium for athletes wanting perfect muscle volume.


Preparation: stir 120g (= approx. 3 heaped table spoons) into 350ml low-fat milk/water
High molecular barley starch (vitargo) ensures the high release of insuline and as result the better and faster intake of carbohydrates and proteins in the muscle cells
Recommendation: ideally have a shake straight after the workout.
