Each capsule provides on average: 250mg Magnolia Officinalis Bark Extract, (Providing 5mg Honokiol), 250mg Phellodendron amurense Extract (Providing 2.5mg Berberine).

Directions:

Take one to two capsules a day as a food supplement.
