PT7 was founded in 2011 by fitness enthusiast, Andrew Gange, with the aim of offering a training service that could fit around modern working life. Available to train 7 days a week, Andrew is an ambitious and highly motivated individual, qualified up to level 3 personal training and on the REPS certified personal trainer register.
Andrew specialises in body transformation, whether that be weight loss or muscle gain, through resistance and functional training. Weights, ViPRs and suspension training are just a few or his specialities.

Julie Cort (Kick Ass Fitness):
Julie comes highly recommended and is a fully qualified advanced level 3 personal trainer. Having trained for many years in Freestyle Karate and kickboxing gaining a first degree Blackbelt.
If nutrition is something you struggle with then Julie can also help in this area from basic nutrition information to fully designed diet plans she can cater for all needs.

Rhuari Kane:
Rhuari is a professional level 3 personal trainer and successful ABA boxing coach.
He currently runs a Boxing Development Centre at South Leicestershire College and is a Personal trainer at Bannatyne's Health club in Leicester.
