Nutritional: Each tablet contains: Magnesium Orotate 500mg, providing Free Magnesium 32.5mg and Calcium (Phosphate) 136mg. Suitable for vegetarians. Free from yeast, gluten, strahc and corn. Free from artificial colour, preservatives and flavouring.

Directions: Adults and children over 12 years of age, one tablet daily on an empty stomach. Can be increased to two tablets if required. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
