Nutritional: Each tablet contains (average): Natural Beta-Carotene (prepared 10%) 100mg equivalent to 10mg Pure Beta-Carotene powder. Carrot powder 300mg, PABA(Para amino benzoic acid) 100mg, Grapeseed extract 25mg, L-Tyrosine 50mg, Copper Sulphate 10mg. No added salt or sugar. Free from yeast, gluten, soya, wheat and dairy products. Suitable for vegetarians.

Directions: Adults and children over 16 years, one to three tablets daily with food. It is recommended to begin the course at least a month before going on holiday or as advised by a suitably qualified person.
