Nutritional: Each capsule contains ( average ) RDA % Shark liver oil 1000.0 mg * RDA - EC Recommended Daily Allowance. * - EC RDA not yet established. Free from gluten, starch, yeast, artificial colouring, preservatives and flavouring.

Directions: Adults and children over 12 years of age, one capsule daily with food, can be increased to two daily if advised by a qualified person as a supplement. Store in a cool dry place, keep out of reach and sight of children.
